Procedures for Marketing Department

  • DOCUMENTS FOR TRANSFER OF RESIDENTAL PLOTS

    01. Application of Original Lessee/Applicant.
    02. No dues certificate of Service Charges.
    03. Receipt of N.A.Charges paid.
    04. Registered Agreement to Assign in between Transferer & Transferee
    05. Self Affidavit of Transferee reg.no any residential property in any Housing Scheme, Society, Apartment etc. in CIDCO Notified area.
    06. Self Affidavit of Transferer reg.no any residential property in any Housing Scheme, Society, Apartment etc. in CIDCO Notified area.
    07. ID Proof of Transferer :- Election Card, Pan Card, Passport etc. with self attested.
    08. ID Proof of Transferee :- Election Card, Pan Card, Passport etc. with self attested.
    09. Occupancy Certificate with approved occupancy drawing.
    10. Passport size photographs of transferer & transferee.

    05. Copy of Registered Deed of Declaration.
    06. Registered Agreement to Assign in between Transferer & Transferee
    07. Self Affidavit of Transferee reg.no any residential property in any Housing Scheme, Society, Apartment etc. in CIDCO Notified area in case of flat purpose only.

    01. Application of original Lessee/Applicant member of society.
    02. No dues certificate of Service Charges.
    03. Receipt of N.A.Charges paid.
    04. Occupancy Certificate with approved occupancy drawing.
    05. No Objection Certificate from Society
    06. Resolution of the society to consent the transfer.
    07. Registered Agreement to Assign in between Transferer & Transferee
    08. Self Affidavit of Transferee reg.no any residential property in any Housing Scheme, Society, Apartment etc. in CIDCO Notified area in case of flat purpose only.
    09. Self Affidavit of Transferer reg.no any residential property in any Housing Scheme, Society, Apartment etc. in CIDCO Notified area in case of flat purpose only.

CIDCO New Aurangabad: NOC for Building Permission and Occupancy Certificate

  • FOR HOUSING SCHEMES CONSTRUCTED BY CIDCO

    i. Application signed by owner
    ii. Hire purchase agreement/ Lease deed
    iii. Possession Slip
    iv. No dues for Service Charges
    v. Receipt of N.A. Charges as applicable
    vi. Tripartiate Agreement and transfer order
    vii. For Occupancy,copy of CIDCO NOC for Building Permission.
    viii. Original NOC Letter in case of Building permission / Occupancy certificate if not obtained from Aurangabad Municiple Corporation during the valid periode of previous NOC.
    ix. Photo copy of challan of reserve price, if paid earlier

  • For HOUSING SCHEMES CONSTRUCTED BY MHADA

    i. Application signed by owner.
    ii. NOC from MHADA
    iii. No dues from MHADA.
    iv. Agreement of sale / Lease deed.
    v. Photo copy of NOC if obtained earlier.
    vi. Original NOC Letter in case of Building permission / Occupancy certificate if not obtained from Aurangabad Municiple Corporation during the valid period of previous NOC.

  • FOR PLOTS (SHOPLET PLOTS, TAPRI PLOTS)

    i. Application signed by owner.
    ii. Agreement of sale / Lease deed
    iii. Site Plan
    iv. Transfer order if any / Triparty agreement
    v. No dues for Service Charges
    vi. Receipt of NA charges as applicable.
    vii. In case of NOC of Building permission, copy of proposed building plan.
    viii. In case of NOC of occupancy certificate, copy of workdone plan(as build drawings).
    ix. Photo copies of challan paid for Additional lease primium,external electrificationcharges, Betterment charges if paid earlier.
    x. Photo copy of NOC for Building permission/ Occupancy obtained earlier, if any.
    xi. Original NOC Letter in case of Building permission / Occupancy certificate if not obtained from Aurangabad Municiple Corporation during the valid periode of previous NOC.



Procedures for Planning Department

  • DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED FOR LAYOUT PERMISSION

    1. Following duly completed forms/proformas
    (i.e. Blank forms/proformas supplied by CIDCO)
    • Application for Layout permission (two page)
    • Form of appointment of architect.
    • Form of acceptance of architect.
    • Scrutiny sheet to be signed by Architect.
    2. Original & Latest 7/12 extract.
    3. Original TILR copy showing Gut No. under reference alongwith adjacent gut nos. & Physical entities like Electric Pole, Nalla, River, Existing Road etc.
    4. 30 Yrs search report of land under reference from Advocate.
    5. Indemnity Bond on Rs 100 bond paper
    6. Undertaking Bond on Rs. 100 bond paper
    7. Certified copy of valid registration Certificate of Architect / Consulting Engineer and Structural Engineer.
    8. If Architect is changed then N.O.C. from pr3vious architect / Structural Engineer / Consulting Engineer.
    9. Six copies of plans of prop. Construction signed by Owner, Architect / Consulting Engineer and in case of Co-Op Society. Sign of Chairman / Secretary along with Supporting documents.
    10. Certified copy of valid registration certificate of Architect / Consulting Engineer.
    11. Identity Proof : Pan Card / Driving License / Election Card
    12. General Power of Attorney, if any
    13. Other as specified by SPA
