Project at Glance

  • Area - 9,310 hectares (22 revenue villages from Nagpur & Hingana tehsils)
  • An area of 6,841 hectares was de-notified on 21st April, 2001 by GoM while an area of 1,467 hectares was transferred to MADC for development of MIHAN Project
  • CIDCO purchased a land of 20 hectares from MIDC’s residential zone at Butibori Industrial Area in 1997-98
  • Constructed Housing Scheme for EWS & LIG – 925 Tenements
  • Plotted Development - residential, residential cum commercial, society, and shop-let plots
  • Total saleable area of 14.67 hectares; an area of 13.67 hectares has already been sold out
